The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: 
Your order will be processed within 48 hours after placing the order and shipped within 2-5 working days after placing the order. If you place an order on Saturday or Sunday (including holidays), your order will be processed on the next working day. We only ship from Monday to Friday.

Shipping fee:

Free shipping on orders over $69.00.

Free standard shipping on orders over $69 in US, CA, AU, DE, FR, GB, KR, JP,MX countries.

When the order is less than 69 US dollars, an additional shipping fee of  US dollars will be charged.For international deliveries, you may select your item and proceed to the check out page as charges are based on weight and volume. Upon entering your delivery details, we will auto calculate the delivery charges based on your given address without the need for payment or registration.

ORDER TRACKING:
The order status can be tracked by yourself. After your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you an email to inform you that your package has been shipped with the tracking number of the order. You can provide it to you through our The waybill number can be checked on the 17track official website:  https://www.17track.net/en, it will take time for the logistics supplier to update the information. If there is no update, you can send us an email to check the details.

CUSTOMS TAXES:

Our Order don't add taxes, VAT, or other hidden charges. You pay us what you see on the order screen, i.e. goods subtotal + shipping cost.

HOWEVER - In most countries, you have to pay taxes or duties on imported goods. Sometimes goods under a certain value, or in certain categories, do not incur taxes.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY:

At Look, we provide Standard Courier delivery to any address within Global. However, do note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes, military and restricted areas, all naval ports andJurongIsland.

On the front, we deliver to most countries that our logistics partners have affiliates in and whilst we strive to keep our rates affordable, our focus is on getting the items to you quickly, promptly and safely.
